         哥诺贝尔工商管理博士DBA(同济)课程班是哥诺贝尔管理学院 ( Grenoble Ecole de Management )同济大学经济与管理学院合作开办的专门面向中高层管理人士的高级培训项目,2002年开始正式在中国大陆境内招生,2004年起在全球范围内招生。目前课程班已汇聚了来自中国大陆、香港和台湾地区以及泰国、法国、德国、瑞士、芬兰、美国和加拿大等国的优秀管理人士。自2007年9月起,课程班分中文班和英文班每年各招一期,每期各限招10-15名学员。学员全部在职学习,学习期限一般需要四年,学员可以根据自己的研究进度提前完成学习或者申请延长学习时间。学员入学后即前往哥诺贝尔管理学院参加一周的学习,其余课程均安排在同济大学进行,师资全部由哥诺贝尔管理学院委派。课程班的主要教学语言为英语,中文班另提供课堂翻译服务。被录取的学员将作为哥诺贝尔管理学院的海外学生正式注册,有权使用哥诺贝尔管理学院的学术资源。

       课程班实行双导师制,每位学员均可在哥诺贝尔管理学院和同济大学经济与管理学院的师资中分别选择一名教授作为自己的导师。在四年的学习过程中,学员将学习和掌握管理科学领域先进的研究技术和科学的研究方法,并结合相关的经济学与管理学理论对自己在管理工作中所面临的实际问题进行高层次的实证研究。学员将所完成的研究成果以论文形式提交给哥诺贝尔管理学院学术委员会评审,论文达到规定学术标准的学员将安排前往哥诺贝尔管理学院参加答辩,通过答辩的学员将获得哥诺贝尔管理学院工商管理博士(DBA)学位证书。英文班学员的论文以英文提交,中文班学员的论文以中文提交并附30页左右的英文摘要。通过答辩的博士论文将收入哥诺贝尔管理学院论文资料库。
